Daniel learned photography in Malaysia, from the Brooks Institute of Photography (USA). While studying, he found an interest in Ansel Adams's black and white zone systems. For Daniel, photography is about imagination, emotion and trying to put a little of your soul into every picture you take. It really doesn’t matter what gear you have. He always imagines what he wants to say in each of the pictures. A real picture becomes unreal in his camera and this is what he loves about photography.
Daniel believes that we all experience life from our own perspective and we are each the combination of our emotional experiences. This means that no two people will experience the world in the same way emotionally. While it is always interesting to see how his audience responds to his images, he wants to stay true to his own imagination and soul.
